To qualify for a return:

Items must not be worn and must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.

Items must be in all original packaging including boxes, and pouches.

Precious Metals and Expert Craftsmanship

925 Sterling Silver

925 Sterling Silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver. It’s a lightweight metal that is highly durable and designed for everyday wear.

18k Gold Vermeil

Not to be confused with regular gold plating, gold vermeil is a thick, long-lasting layer of 18k solid gold over high-quality sterling silver.

We use 18k gold that is 2.5 microns thick, as required by the Federal Trade Commission to classify vermeil, layered over 925 sterling silver.

Expert Craftsmanship

Our jewelry is crafted in Taxco, Mexico, a town with a long history of sterling silver artistry dating back to the colonial era, where traditional techniques continue to produce high-quality designs. Wayuu bags are handmade in Colombia using time-honored weaving methods, taking weeks to complete and showcasing the cultural heritage and durability of Wayuu craftsmanship.

Product Care

  • Certain metals, like sterling silver and Gold Vermeil can be prone to tarnishing over time, especially when exposed to environmental factors like air pollution, moisture, and items that contain sulfur. When not in use:

    Store in a safe, dry place to protect against the elements of daily exposure.

    Store in the anti-tarnish plastic pouch that came with your purchase.

    Store individual pieces separately to avoid damage.

    Ensure pieces are completely dry

  • The more intentional you are about caring for your jewelry, the longer it will last. As a general care tip, your jewelry should be the last thing you put on before going out and the first thing you remove upon coming home. Also, remove your jewelry before doing any activity that risks physical damage.

  • Clean regularly by wiping with a soft, damp cloth to prevent tarnish from setting in

    To remove tarnish, buff gently with the polishing cloth included in your purchase or any jewelry polishing cloth. Note: polishing cloths can be abrasive so apply gentle pressure and don’t over polish. 

    If you’re wearing pieces made of oxidized silver or with our innovative luster white finish, they will need to be cleaned differently. To protect their finish, use only a dry clean cloth. Do not use a jewelry polishing cloth impregnated with cleaning chemicals. Do not use water or a jewelry cleaning polish.

  • To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with the polishing cloth. Always wash your hands after use to ensure the cleaning agent is removed. It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth, it’s a sign that it is working correctly! The cloth contains a small amount of cleaning agent which will hold on to any dirt, oil & residues that are removed from the surface of the item being polished. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness. 

Product Information

  • All sterling silver must have the alloy % marked on the jewelry piece. Make sure that any piece you buy, from us or otherwise has that marking. Typically somewhere on or around the closure or clasp of necklaces or bracelets, or on the inside of rings and bangles, you should be able to see in fine print, a marking that reads 925. If you can not find that marking, proceed with caution.

  • Silver has a casual personality to it, which makes it easy to layer on. Play up textural elements and variations in size and it’ll look good every time. Throw on a couple of sterling silver rings with your usual gold stack to brighten things up and add a signature edge. Whoever said you can’t mix metals, was simply wrong.
